Destination Russia is an attempt to encourage Nazarenes to actively
participate in missions and ministry within the country of
Russia. Our mission statement is simply stated:
Mobilizing and equipping Nazarenes for Christian service in the former Soviet Union |
We hope to fulfill this mission by:

Developing
God’s faithful in “the west” to a
greater understanding of service through the church
worldwide and particularly in Russia. |

Establishing
more long-term Nazarenes In Voluntary Service (NIVS)
for the ministry in Russia and around the world. |

Eliminating
work and witness team recruitment as the primary responsibility
of missionaries and on-site construction
coordinators. |

Increasing
the labor force primarily for construction projects
in Russia. |

Increasing
the financial support for construction projects in
Russia. |
